About who needs care: BC is a 21 y/o happy and easy-going male diagnosed with intellectual disability disorder and autism. He is nonverbal but knows a few key words. He requires supervision and assistance with ADLs from when he gets off the bus at 2:03 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Mon-Fri) with a few hours on Saturday. He lives with his mother, sister, and grandparents in Bryn Mawr, Pa. About the care needs: Required skills; experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
