About who needs care: Dementia, severe arthritis enjoys reading, sports Awakens later morning- has incontinence of urine, bowel on occasion. Needs assist in/out shower, light cleaning . He is a moderate fall risk. About the care needs: Someone who takes their time, is compassionate & understands hell have good/bad days. He enjoys talking/listening to others. He takes naps often. He is ambulatory without an assistive device (should use one, but doesnt). Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
