I'm looking for a Hab-Aide for my adult Autistic child in their 20s. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. Preferably a male or an experienced Hab-Aide that is comfortable with being firm and direct. Or even a male college student that is majoring in special ed. Our son is non-verbal and is going through a regression right now and needs a strong caring person. He can be very social and has enjoyed getting out in the community in the past along with walks and other activities but anxiety is holding him back right now. Will completely train in home to get comfortable with him. Will pay $25/hr. through an agency without benefits. We are very flexible with schedule and will work with you and can increase hours.
