She sits a lot and we need for her to start moving more and using her muscles. her health is rather good but she thinks she's way weaker than she actually is. About the care needs: must be a Christian, no smokers, enjoy games, and music. not overly forceful but will make her do things for herself Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
