Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Lancaster

Hello! We are looking for a caring person to support my mother as she recovers from a broken hip. She had surgery at the end of July and has just returned home from rehab. She is doing great but definitely needs additional support at this time. My mother has mild to moderate dementia and needs lots of verbal cues to manage daily tasks. As an example she is strong enough to stand up but needs cues to remind her that her hands need to be on the arms of the chair to get herself up, and then she can move her hands to the walker and go. Seeking hands-on care near Lancaster for my mother in her 70s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
