About who needs care: Mobility limitations; using a walker now; recently discharged from a rehab facility after 2 wks in the hospital; using a hospital bed on the 1st floor. Will have VNA for a short time (PT, OT, aide, social worker). About the care needs: A good personality fit would be someone with extensive experience working with the elderly, including solid references. Caring, gentle, not too talkative. Proactive critical thinking skills. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
