About who needs care: Parent is a diabetic. Takes meds in the morning and before bed at night. Need insulin 3 times a day based on sugar readings. Experiences incontinence needs bathing, linens changed during accidents. Typically gets up eats breakfast spends most of his time watching tv. Try to get him to exercise with supervision. Does leave the home for doctors visits hair cuts etc Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance. CNA required
