About who needs care: My father is on full-time dialysis. He enjoys woodworking About the care needs: My father lives alone and is adamant about staying in his house (he is unwilling to move into assisted living or move in with one of his children). He is 72 years old but health issues in the past 5-10 years have really aged him. He gets around very slowly and sleeps in his chair most of the day. He can still get around and drive himself places but he's at a stage where we (his family) would like to have some around. All of his children live out of state. We would like to start with a weekly errand - perhaps a grocery store trip - then explore other potential services in the future. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
