About who needs care: My mother has Louie Body Dimentia. She is fairly easy going but can be grumpy at times. Her memory and communication are bad. She talks but doesn't remember words so it often comes out as a jumbled mess. She is very sweet at times. Loves her baby doll and looking at pictures. She sits a lot but tends to get up every so often to walk around. She doesn't eat much and has lost a lot of weight so trying to keep her eating is a must. About the care needs: Looking for a very positive, happy person that would be able to care for someone that needs help with getting around, bathing, dressing, using the restroom at times. She can eat and drink but may need assistance in these areas as well. My dad is awful about making good meals for her and himself, so someone that doesn't mind meal prep would be very beneficial. My dad currently is her caregiver and needs someone to help him so that he can have some time to himself. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
