About who needs care: My mother is 84, has Aphasia/Dementia though is relatively independent with her ADLs. She lives in an assisted living community in NE Portland. About the care needs: Her primary need is companionship, especially at meal times, and encouragement in socializing within her community. Services needed include: light meal preparation (heating pre-made meals), companionship, advocacy.
