I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing. Assistance with medication is needed. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. SCOPE of Job: I'm looking to hire a care giver to take care of my dad who's recently had a BKA below the knee amputation of his right leg. He's returning home to my parents house after a year living in rehab care facilities due to complications with his health, which resulted in the amputation. Currently he require assistance with hoyer lift to get out of bed, he's awaiting the stub to heal so he can be fit for a prosthetic, requires help with most ADL: bathing, hygiene cleaning after bathroom, and having his food cut in smaller sizes. He's alert & oriented x4.
