Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother In Oregon City

Help needed for my mother who is 82. She is recovering from a stroke. My dad also had a stroke recently, but he is doing pretty well on his own. We are seeking full-time live-in home care. I would like to break up the 24 hour care in 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts or a combination of such. Assistance with medication is needed. Some housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, toileting and dressing assistance. Mom's left arm is compromised from the stroke. Mom transfers well on her own from wheelchair to chair and toilet but difficulty pulling up pants. Prefer caregiver be a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. They have 3 cats who will need fed and cat boxes scooped daily. Encouraging mom to do her exercises that PT, OT and Speech Therapy are working with her on.
