Caregiver For Elderly Woman With Dementia

We're looking for a kind, dependable caregiver for our sweet grandma in her 80s who has dementia. She's currently in a rehab center recovering from a broken hip and is already up and walking with a walker. The facility handles all personal care . We are mainly looking for someone to keep her company, take her for short walks, bring her to activities, and advocate for her if needed. She's quiet but loves gentle company and a calm presence. Once she's released from rehab, her care needs may change, but we'll still need caregiver support. We're looking for coverage 7 days a week and are open to hiring 2-3 caregivers to fill those shifts.
