About who needs care: Mom is almost 88 & uses a walker. Handles personal care with minimal assistance. Mostly needs supervision to avoid falling, encourage movement, support with small projects. Short term memory issues but very alert/aware. Good temperament, low maintenance. About the care needs: no specialized skills needed, just someone who is personable but not intrusive, who will converse with her, not treat her differently because she is older. She won't need much from you so willingness to do light housekeeping is a big plus. Services needed include: light housekeeping, help completing tasks. I am open on which day you come, & there will be additional hours some weeks, including regular overnights per month (am open to finding someone else for those). Willing to work with getting the hours you need for the right person/fit.
