Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Delaware

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her late 90s. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Our mother has trouble walking and needs assistance to/from her bed, her wheelchair, and to her lounge chair/sofa. Please have experience assisting with reheating (mainly Chinese) food and feeding our mother. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We ask that you handle transportation as needed and she may need transportation to her medical appointment. But sometimes she like to go out to the grocery store or restaurant to eat out. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
