Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. Some help needed with bathing. Responsibilities include feeding. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
