About who needs care: Dad is a diabetic, he has prostate cancer, and mixed dementia. He enjoys talking about politics and history. About the care needs: Dad will be attending a day program Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the right candidate will need to be with him at the social day program. You will need to assist him in changing his depends and taking a shower. He will need his clothes washed daily as he is incontinent; folded and put away. Lastly, the position pays up to 21. 00 per hour at this time. The position is in Peekskill NY and you must have reliable transportation. Only serious candidates should apply. In addition in the spring we will need overnight care from 7 p.m. to 7am, Saturdays and Sundays. It is important to note that the right candidate will need become certified through Anchor Health.
