About who needs care: My Mom is 88 with COPD. On oxygen 24/7. It is getting harder an harder for her to move around. She does have a walker About the care needs: she would need help with getting out of bed possibly. She does have a walker but I am afraid of her falling. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
