About who needs care: I am posting on behalf of my boss and will help him and his family assess applicants. Looking for support for an elder Indian couple for in-home care for light house keeping, companionship and some nursing care (e. g. bathroom support, medicine reminders, etc.) 2-3 days per week 2 hrs per day. About the care needs: CNA preferred. The father has dementia and is sometimes non-verbal. Needs assistance in shower, dressing and occasionally help with food/eating. Hindu speaking a plus but not required. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance. Give his wife a break for several hours per week.
