This adult is mobile and has some verbal skills. We typically go out 2x a week -- to the library, the beach, and she recently received a YMCA membership, which she loves. The family is offering $31/hour on payroll, reimbursement for all mileage and expenses, as well as mileage to and from their home if you live more than 20 miles away. Hours are flexible -- ideally 2-3 days per week, roughly 10 a.m. -5 p.m. or similar.
