Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Elmira

I'm looking for companion care for my mom, who lives on her own in Elmira, New York. She's 69, very with it, and has a great sense of humor. She was a waitress her whole life and loves people -- she's funny, kind, and easy to be around. Not being close to home when she needs me has been tough so she could use some help with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, errands, and rides to appointments. She has one cat, and she smokes within her home. She is on 6 liters of oxygen, but otherwise she is actually healthy. I live in California and want to make sure she has someone local who can check in regularly, offer companionship, and help with day-to-day needs. Let's talk and see if this could be a good fit.
