Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

About the job

My Mother is 83 years old, quite independent in her home, doesn't drive. She has a few chronic conditions: Arthritis; COPD; and Dementia (not severe/but concern about herself care hygiene and eating). Looking for morning hours (start approx 6:30AM); sure she takes her medicines, has showered and dressed, light laundry if needed, check that she has a plan for lunch and dinner. at departure, notify family if she needs anything. She likes to do puzzles, read books, watch TV, she loves animals and going to pet store/Barns and Noble, library. She's a people person so looking for an extroverted person that would chit chat with her. Some services needed are: meal prep, errands, light housekeeping, transportation, supervised showering, dressing. She showers herself but forgets.
