I need a hands-on care provider for myself in my 50s. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. I will need transportation to surgical center from my home in sheepshead bay to downtown bklyn where the surgical center is with a return trip. Your car must be an suv with seats that can go back. the first day is for surgery which is October 13th. The other days after are post op treatment. I am still waiting for the confirmation of the exact time for surgery. Some of the post op appointment are in the Bronx. Mostly I need transportation to and from surgical place with some help in and out of the car,
