We're looking for someone to support my father in his assisted living community in northwest Reno. He has Parkinson's, which affects his mobility, speech, and energy, so he needs gentle help and steady companionship. You'll assist with light housekeeping, mobility, occasional help with dressing or showers, and simple social time or short outings that brighten his day. Some weeks may include an appointment you've coordinated, and those visits may run longer and are fully compensated. All communication goes through me by text, and you'll need to receive calendar invites and reminders. A consistent weekly day is important for his routine. His speech can be soft at times, so patience and presence matter most. If you're compassionate, dependable, and comfortable supporting an older adult, this role could be a wonderful fit.
