About who needs care: 94 yr old male lives with family needs 6 hrs care 5 to 6 days per week. Has limited mobility getting up and down and uses a scooter to travel in home. Needs dressing and bathing and meal prep. He can feed himself. Suffers from a stroke affecting one side of his body. Needs help in getting in and out of chair and in bathroom assistance in terms of getting up & down. About the care needs: likely needs to be strong enough to assit him getting up & down. Family is avaialble to assist at times in communicating and guiding person to relate to her dad (person being cared for). Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
