Looking for part-time housekeeper/care giver to assist couple (one is disabled) with cleaning and basic chores one half day a week. 1250sqft townhouse. 2bed, 1. 5 bath. 2 floors Responsibilities: +Cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down furniture, cleaning glass/mirrors, bathroom cleaning, kitchen and appliance cleaning) +Laundry (some basic laundry, washing linens, changing bedding) +Odd jobs (assistance with decorating, organization, occasional short errands, driving to appointments when employer is unable, moving heavier things like storage bins) +Meal prep (ideally help with one meal/day) +Gardening (negotiable, mostly just weeding front bed) Requirements: +Kind/sympathetic +Organized/independent +Reliable/trustworthy +Flexible +Non-smoker +Up to date vaccinations/able to uphold health precautions
