Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In South Plainfield

My father is 82 years old. He has cerebral palsy. He is on oxygen for COPD. He has fallen over the years, but the frequency of his falls has increased. He has been in and out of the hospital this year due to a heart attack and sepsis, leading him to be bed-bound. He is unable to walk by himself. He is currently on a pureed diet. He would need assistance getting dressed, bathing, taking medication, eating, and having his diaper changed. We are looking to hire someone for around 6 hours a day, Monday - Friday, and 5 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday.
