Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In North Brunswick About who needs care: Diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy - has trouble swallowing and needs help when he's getting up / sitting down. He walks around on his own, but is at a risk of falling over so someone needs to be there closely when he's walking (including taking him to the bathroom). Services needed include: help with guiding him through his exercise list, ensuring he's eating appropriately, bathing / dressing, escorting to the restroom, mobility assistance.
