Companion Care Needed For Myself In Montclair

I'm looking for companion care for myself in my 70s. I am youthful and alert but am recovering from multiple back surgeries over 18 months which have impacted my mobiity vis a vis walking unassisted and bending. I currently have three days of in home PT with the goal of walking without a walker or cane. Moving around the house is difficult but doable. Light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation, laundry, taking recycling/garbage out/in. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands as needed and for transporting to/from appointments as necessary. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker (a must), can converse with me, can speak English well and is comfortable with pets (cleaning litter duties).
