About who needs care: Adult with Autism. Drive to and from job sites. Food shopping. Oversee completion of chores ie (cleaning, self care, food shopping, cooking) for Adult with autism. Motivating independence by guiding and following routine. Working with family and behaviorist on plans and protocols. About the care needs: Male, strong and in shape, gentle, funny, background with working with adults with Autism. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
