About who needs care: COPD, on oxygen 24/7 Meds in the AM, nebulizer 3x per day, meds in the PM. Uses walker and can't drive. Gets tired very easily About the care needs: She was in the hosptial for a week with pneumonia, but is having a hard time recovering. Oxygen was set at a 4 and is now at a 6. She is much more tired now Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
