No real hobbies, working with PT exercises to strengthen; prepare food and assist, he has begun pocketing foods and chokes at times; it is one day at a time at present! About the care needs: Patient, understanding of strokes & dementia; will need to assist bathroom and clean ups if necessary. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
