$2, 100/mo + private furnished room, meals & utilities. You'll have true privacy--we live in our own separate part of the house, so you won't be crowded or micromanaged. Hours: 12 a.m. - 12 p.m. 6 days/week (your choice of Sat or Sun off). Nights involve supervision, redirection, toileting/incontinence assistance, reheating pre-cooked meals. Mornings are typically calm with plenty of downtime. You're off by noon every day. We respect boundaries and never intrude on your time off. Duties: Safety monitoring, reassurance, medication reminders, and light morning companionship. No housework, errands, or cooking. Paid holidays plus 5 paid nights off when Mom uses hospice respite care. Your focus is caring for Mom (advanced Parkinson's) in a quiet, respectful home.
