About who needs care: I have a 30-year-old verbal son with high functioning autism. He needs a 1:1 caretaker to take him out in the community, his day program, shopping, etc. About the care needs: Personality would be someone who has a positive attitude, is calm, kind and loving and truly enjoys working with the special needs population. Services needed include: transportation.
