Companion Care Needed For Myself In Morrisville

I need a companion care provider experience for myself in my 60s. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. I'm having outpatient surgery at UNC Rex in Raleigh and need someone to drive me there and bring me home. The surgery will be about 4 hours plus to make sure I'm stable. Just want to make sure I get home ok because they won't let me drive home.
