I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation. He can help putting clothes on- raising arms/putting in legs but needs help pulling on/up/fastening. Can wash front body, needs help with back/bottom, lower body. (Open air roll in accessable shower/wand in bath. Needs help with fastening briefs. Has Foley urinary catheter that he manages independently. Needs help cleaning up any bowel movement (full function bidet available). Independent feeding. Can fill his own water bottle, empty meds into cup/take on his own. Uses walker or wheelchair for mobility. Can transfer independently bed/chair etc. Quiet, enjoys watching old TV shows and sports.
