My stepmother had a large stroke in June and my dad needs to find an experienced caregiver to help him on a regular basis. He is looking for someone that could assist with feeding, meal prep, medication administration, mobility assistance, bathing/dressing, light housekeeping, and companionship. Experience with stroke patients is preferred. My stepmother was a vibrant, social butterfly prior to her stroke and we would love to find someone that will help her adapt to her new limitations while also motivating her to challenge herself. They also have a sweet, energetic 2-year-old Vizsla, so comfort with dogs is a must.
