Seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to provide high-quality care to a client in his home. The client is an 85-year-old male who lives at home with his wife. Both husband and wife have dementia but the majority of caregiving duties will be focused on the husband who returned home from a hospital stay in September due to a fall and subsequent brain injury. Client currently requires standby - minimal assistance for mobility with a walker. The ideal candidate will have a medical or caregiving background; CNAs/PCTs preferred. Duties will include: assisting client with personal care/hygiene activities, assistance with mobility and transfers to ensure safety, simple meal prep, engaging/socializing with client, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and communicating concerns to family.
