We need hands-on care to take care of my adult child in Independence. We would prefer someone who can handle or has experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and changing pull-ups, showering, dressing, supervising to minimize risk for elopement. Someone who is very patient, kind, reliable, and willing to learn how to meet my son's needs. Duties will also consist of meal prep, feeding supervision, dressing, toileting, changing pull-ups, showering, dressing, and cleaning up after him which may include cleaning urine or feces accidents. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
