We need companion care to take care of my loved one in Saint Paul. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. My loved one is partially paralyzed on the left side from a stroke. Has trouble walking, dressing. Needs help getting to medical appointments.
