About who needs care: Joann is a 73-year-old with anxiety, depression and early dementia. She needs help with bathing, toileting and she has a hard time getting In and out of bed. Very sweet woman and likes and needs company when I am gone. Uses a walker but unstable on her feet. Can walk up to 500 steps with the walker. Likes cards, tv, the out doors on our deck. Mornings are hard but I will be home for most of them. Then just needs companionship. About the care needs: A gentle and patient lady who is able to help her with her physical needs. We are a sports oriented family. She likes those. She has run 13 marathons. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
