About the job

About who needs care: He is in middle/ late stage dementia, Has a hard time with communication, takes care of his hygiene & dresses him self with assistance, he does no food prep. He likes to be outside or out & about No real hobbies at this time. About the care needs: He needs someone who will care for his safety, will talk to him, play simple games, and possibly take him on outings. He understands very little, and his speech is mixed up & minimal. He is a calm and gets confused easily. Physically well on his own but moves slowly. He is able to use the bathroom on his own. But may need to be asked if he needs to use the bathroom. Services needed include: prompting, help with some tasks, meal prep, companionship, simple activities, keeping him safe. So I can do chores, errands, appointments for my own mental health and self care.
