We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced in-home caregiver to join our close-knit family team in caring for our 26-year-old son. He is non-verbal and requires 24/7 supervision. This role demands a high level of attentiveness, responsibility, and most importantly—trustworthiness. The caregiver will provide full assistance with daily living activities, including meal preparation and feeding, bathroom hygiene, bathing, dressing, and maintaining a calm, safe, and respectful environment. Prior experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is strongly preferred. This is a W-2 employment opportunity through our third-party Financial Management Services agency, Consumer Directions. Paid Time Off (PTO) is available, though no additional benefits are offered.
