About who needs care: My BIL has Alzheimer's and is advancing where we would like to hire outside help. He needs help with daily task. And housekeeping needs and his laundry. Meal prep. Help him set schedule for himself on days you're not here. He can speak but does talk very often at all. He fully understands everything and is good listening to directions. About the care needs: Someone softer probably he's a very soft gental man who has a lot of trauma. But doesn't have any outburst at all. We have a special needs grandchild who really requires a lot of need. We just don't have the time or energy for both. We need help. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
