We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in White Lake. She is a parapalegic due to back surgery. She is incontenient. She has a super pubic catheter. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained, able to do one person transfer from bed to wheelchair comfortably. She weighs around 115 or so. Needs to be comfortable cleaning up bowl bowel issues. She wears a diaper. My mom goes to PT 2x a week, Mon. and Wens. Once a month she goes to her urologist for a cathater change, and her wound doctor. You would need to have a WOTA rider application filed with Wota. This would be extremly helpful for me since I broke my arm last year and do not feel comfortable picking her up. My mom is a very upbeat person, loves to do puzzles and playing cards. This would be a tremendous help for me and her.
