Care For Father W/ Parkinsons In Rockford

We are looking for multiple caretakers for my 79 yr old father with Parkinson's that lives in home. Days/times of care can be somewhat flexible to accommodate caretaker schedule/needs. Primarily need to fill the morning 7-11 a.m. shift. Two Daily Shifts 7 - 11 a.m. & 4 - 8 p.m. -Assist with daily hygiene (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing) -Monitor movements, he is able to sit stand walk on his own but is a fall risk -Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care -Remind and assist with medication administration per schedule -Track and report medication intake -Serve prepared meals sometimes providing light alternative meal prep -Provide conversation, emotional support, and encouragement. -Engage in light activities like music, games, playing pool, short walks -Light housekeeping
