Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Detroit

We are looking for a caregiver who could help assist for the care of my mom. She is a 70yr old woman who was previously very active, and a tragic fall caused a traumatic spinal injury leaving her completely dependent on others. Currently our family is taking on all her care, but we are looking for someone who is looking to help 2 days a week 3-4hours each day. In the upcoming months this is likely to change due to family needing to return to work, so more hours and days will likely open up. We are looking for a caring person to help give my mom's main caregiver assistance. My mom can eat by mouth but does need assistance in feeding as she does not have any use of anything below the neck. Most importantly we are looking to find someone who would be willing to help with bathing/showering.
