Care Needs Daily assistance: Medication management, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and light household chores. Medical considerations: Atrial fibrillation (on blood thinner), history of gout. Safety: Driving limitations (no longer drives due to risk of getting lost). Routine Wakes up around 8 AM, enjoys regular meals, and activities, and typically goes to bed around 10 p.m. Personality & Preferences Friendly, independent, and appreciates a good sense of humor. Prefers a female caregiver who is friendly, warm, and enjoys light conversation. Non-smoking home; no pets present. About the care needs: Were looking for a female caregiver who is friendly, patient, and has a good sense of humor. Someone who can provide companionship, help keep a positive atmosphere, and encourage Toms interests in gardening, music, and socializing. Skills: Experience with Alzheimers or dementia care, medication management, safe transportation, and light household tasks.
