Seeking Caregiver Support For Elderly Father At A Subacute Rehab Facility- Short Term Full Time

Seeking someone with CNA/ home health skillsets that can assist my father while he is in a subacute rehab facility for 40 hours/week for the next few weeks. He needs supplementary assistance with feeding, bed positioning, and seeking care advocacy through nursing staff. Encouragement and moral support to motivate him to do therapy sessions. Need to be pleasantly assertive to ensure he gets his meds, therapy, and wound care services daily in a timely manner. Must be attentive and supportive and able to communicate with me during the day while I am at work on his status. Needs strong English speaking skills. He is hard of hearing.
