Hi. We're looking for help at our home with our daughter. She is a happy, easy-going 22-year-old woman who is non-verbal and non-ambulatory. She needs full care and assistance with almost all Activities of Daily Living (ADL), including feeding, toileting, dressing, bathing, and mobility. She can stand and pivot from one seat to another. Our house is pretty well set up with everything you would need for assistance. We're looking for someone who has experience with people similar to our daughter with the possibility of additional hours in the near future and can agree to schedule flexibility if necessary as we are obviously aware that life doesn't always go as planned.
